What conditions must be met for a return to be accepted?

  • At The OrthoFit, our guarantee assures you that if you are unsatisfied with your order, simply inform us within 30 days, and we will provide you with a hassle-free refund.
  • Please return the purchased item(s) to us in their original condition, and we will proceed with issuing a full refund. Kindly note that any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Cancellation of orders in transit is not possible, and refunds cannot be credited until the item has been returned to us and thoroughly inspected.
  • Declining delivery does not guarantee a full refund. To ensure a full refund, please accept the delivery and reach out to our support team for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and return instructions.

What steps should I take if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

  • Video or photo evidence of the defective product (if applicable)
