As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check its status anytime from your account. If the tracking hasn't changed for a while, send us your order number and we'll look into it.
The size or width isn't right. What now?
No problem. Size and width exchanges are free. Send us your order number and the size you'd like, and we'll take care of the rest.
How does the 30-Day Walk Test work?
Wear your pair for 30 days, indoors and outside. If they're not right for you, contact us and we'll guide you through a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders ship quickly, so message us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to update it before it leaves.
Which pair is best for my feet?
Tell us about your feet (bunions, swelling, heel pain, wide feet) and your usual size in the form above. We'll recommend the pair and width that suits you best.
